My stay at this hotel was fun and relaxing.

I disliked the elevators (intensely). I disliked not being properly greeted upon arrival and having to lug my bags through check in to my room. I disliked the dirty carpeting in the room. I disliked the sheer number of rude Japanese tourists who brought their bicycles on the elevators (someone from the hotel should have stopped this -- it made it impossible for me to get to/from my business meetings).

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The service was unbelievable and beyond our expectations! The new Marriott beds are to die for! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hawaii!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They were quick to answer any questions that we had and also tended to our requests very quickly.

Marriott always delivers consistent and reliable service system-wide.

I loved our bed most of all, I almost melted into it. We were upgraded without even being asked to an ocean view/diamond head room upon check-in -- a very nice surprise! I loved the open air lobby, and the staff was very friendly. Our only problems were with the Moana Terrace: the wait staff wasn't too friendly/helpful, and no one gave very good directions to places around Honolulu. But I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel made me feel hip: It was nice to be seen walking up to such a beautiful place. As well as just knowing that we were in a prime location in Waikiki, as compared to other hotels, it made me feel like we had made a better choice than other travelers who had to walk for blocks to get to the beach.

Everything was just fine. I will stay there again.

The hotel is in an excellent location at the north end of Waikiki -- not as crowded. It's newly refurbished, so the rooms were very good. Service from the bell, valet and concierge was excellent.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The reservations were exact. The bags were transported from the cruise to the rooms -- waiting for us when we arrived from a tour. Check-in was complete -- we just needed to show an ID to check in to our rooms.

I enjoyed the hotel very much. I liked the great location and the beautiful view from our room.

Great chain and enjoy the service, friendly personnel and super rooms.

This hotel made me feel respected: Attitude of personal. Very accomodating and helpful. Made special reservations and added a special request for a special dessert to celebrate our anniversary we did not know about. Got the best price for the dinner, too.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Perhaps it was more the atmosphere - all of hawaii is pretty relaxed as far as mindset - I think this carried over to the personnel at the hotel.
