Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa

I stayed at the Marriott in April 2007 and I was not impressed with the hotel. When I checked in they gave me a room that i didn't reserve. I ended up getting a room with 2 beds in it and not the corner suite I reserved. I was very disappointed because the previous week I stayed at the Kahala Resort and had the best service than I stayed at the Marriott and hated it. The fridge in the room was broken so I asked if it was possible to store my small piece of wedding cake I had left from my wedding the previous week if they can store it in their fridge for me and they refused! The staff was not friendly or helpful. I will never stay here again.

My stay at the Marriott hotel was beyond my expectations. The service and the amenities were superb.

Everything was fine. I had a great time. It was my first time to Hawaii.

It was a convenient location. Even the partial ocean view room had a great view! I really enjoyed the live entertainment throughout the hotel on Friday and Saturday.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel was very comfortable and all the staff had a really laid back and calm manner. Also, the ambiance was very relaxing.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed at with the friendliest and most pleasant staff I have ever dealt with. It was also the most comfortable night of sleep I have had in a long time the bed was so comfortable.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The staff was friendly and willing to be there to answer any questions that you might have. They also gave a free gift upon arrival, that was pretty cool.
