27 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The Hyatt in Bellevue and the Grand Hyatt are far superior. The W hotel is for young, trendy people who are appearance oriented and who care little for their money. Valet, internet are all more expensive than competitors, but most of all the staff are snobby and not helpful at all.
