They had great service and staff. I have never been disappointed by a W hotel experience.

This hotel made me feel content: The bed and rooms were very comfortable. The room was quiet and relaxing and made me feel 'away' from the city.

They had a noticeably above par staff that was polite and helpful. It was exceedingly well decorated. I haven't brought friends back to the hotel I was staying at primarily so they could see how well it was decorated before. Nothing about our stay there was unpleasant.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The hotel staff seemed willing to go out of their way to be sure we were happy. As an example, during breakfast one day, our waiter mentioned that the restaurant would be unavailable. He let us know about one that was about a block away.

It is very efficient, clean and comfortable. The rooms are small, but nicely appointed. The bad techno music in the halls and elevators is annoying.

More lighting is needed in the hallways.

I really like W hotels. The soft, mood-setting lighting, the 'cool' atmosphere, and the comforts in the rooms were outstanding. The special touches, i.e., the high quality shampoo, mouthwash, etc. made a good statement. However, there were some disappointments.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The rooms are decorated in a very relaxed and homey way. The beds are cushy and fluffy. I felt like I was staying at a friend's urban efficiency apartment. The room service was fabulous...all my special orders were met.

The staff was efficient and pleasant without being cloying, but the overall memorable experience was the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in in my life!
