W San Francisco Hotel - Page 2

I liked this hotel. The rooms were very nice. The location was good. I can not think of the name but there is a great "little" and I mean little Italian restaurant just a block away. The food was awesome and was a great start to our stay. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in San Fran, you will not be dissapointed with the W.

They automatically upgraded me to a nicer room with a great view of San Francisco. I could not establish the wi-fi internet connection either in the room or in the lobby. Otherwise, they had a very helpful and attentive staff. The spa was excellent.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I started my stay with three hours at the spa, then I stopped in the lobby for a drink.

The W hotel was great. The rooms are always a pleasure to stay in, very modern and comfortable. Everything from the design to the amenities was a pleasure.

This hotel made me feel inspired: Everything seemed so seamless and controlled.

This hotel made me feel respected: They greeted by my name each time I was near the desk during my stay. They constantly asked if everything was satisfactory. The staff was very courteous.

I was disappointed that our room was not cleaned when we came back at four o'clock. The housekeeper who was supposed to clean it had left. Another housekeeper cleaned it when we pointed it out and she was very nice. The desk staff could not have cared less.

The hotel seemed to appeal to younger clients. The music was too loud and the bar was too crowded with young people.

The hotel was a little ritzy for business class.

This hotel made me feel hip: The setting of the entrance area and the subdued lightning were hip and cool.

It was very pricy, but it was worth it
