The W Hotel offers the best of both worlds, cosmopolitan chic in a beach town. The ultra modern, 19 story hotel is steps away from the San Diego Bay. Pillow mattresses and feather beds guarantee a good night's sleep.
Four restaurants offer everything from light fare in the lobby bar, to regional cuisine in the signature bistro, Rice. The rooftop, outdoor bar, Beach, welcomes visitors to lounge by a fire-pit while sipping martinis. The heated sand on the floor keeps things cozy. Catering to guest's every whim is the W's motto. This is evident the moment you arrive.

The W is "the" place to stay when you want to feel cool. There was a convention in town and it was loaded with celebrities.

60 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I have already contacted customer service to complain. There was no excuse not to have the room ready for a later check in and it caused a major disappointment in having to take a very small room.
