It's a cool hotel is a great location. It had a nice room and a great staff.

It was overall a friendly experience. The sofa bed didn't work.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The environment was soothing.

It was convenient to where I needed to be and it had a suite type room that I could use to entertain a small group of friends while in town.

I needed to send a very important e-mail and had no personal laptop to send the e-mail. The staff allowed me to quickly send the e-mail from a hotel computer and were very accommodating.

I liked the nice location, room size and style.

My impression of W Hotels was that they are ultra hip, ultra clean and modern. However, I was disappointed by the "run-down" appearance of this W Hotel, and the rinky dink restaurant and rooms. The bar and lounge were fun, but quite small. Overall it was an OK place to stay, but I will recommend with reservation.

This hotel made me feel practical: I felt like it was a good choice of a place to stay while traveling on business.

This was a free trip and I was out of my normal world. I loved the experience. W hotels tried to make W Court a fabulous place, and they are close, but an old building is and old building. Don't advertise it as more than it really is: an old NYC.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: It is the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in. But I appreciated the differences compared to lower-priced lodging.

As always, I had a wonderful stay. They had a superb staff and management.

This hotel made me feel excited: They cater to you and personalize your stay. They remember details about you throughout your entire stay. They call you by name, and provide the extra niceties that you would not get at other chains. It's a perfect hotel. They have a great general manager!

They are a reliable upscale chain that provides superior accommodations and service.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The beds are amazing! Spa services are also available.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff treated me with exceptional respect.

If there is a W in the town I'm going to, that's the place I'm going to stay in.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I'm a very tattooed vegan and they took care of me. Two thumbs up!

This hotel made me feel hip: It's a very trendy hotel. By just walking into the lobby, you can already get a lot of ideas about decorating. The music (which can be purchased) is very different.
