50 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I waited in the lobby for 2 hours after check-in because the room was not ready. Finally the Consierge intervened and managed to get me into the room, otherwise I think I might still be waiting there. The room was nice but nothing special. The bedding is clearly first rate. It's a little confusing figuring out where things are due to a lack of signage. Twice at the bar, I had to wait for the customer in front of me to receive change because there was inadaquate change in the cash register. The music is thematic and constant, and fortunately I liked it, but it was obvious that it was repeating after a while. I just didn't buy the trendiness they are trying to sell.
