When I checked the site online, the ad said it was W's birthday and they had a gift for us (it was a candle), but they said since we booked through Harrah's they would not give it to me. It did not say on the ad that you had to book through them.

The decor was very hip, almost to the point of making me feel dumb. But it was also very Zen, very lovely and simple. The staff was outstanding at trying to honor any request. But the check-in desk was a cattle call.
The hotel was much trendier than I expected, and the appointments were imaginative.
