Before we arrived, my husband got an e-mail from the concierge asking if he could set up anything for us in advance of our arrival. That was a very pleasant surprise. I found the entire atmosphere to very congenial. The only thing I thought could be improved upon was the housekeeping service. The corner of the bathroom was dirty and the shower curtain liner wasn't clipped in to the sliders and it kept falling on me in the shower. I had to fix it in two stays there in the month of September.
The flower arrangements throughout the hotel were exquisite. The bed was extremely comfortable and the chaise lounge in the bedroom was very nice. The bath products were high quality.
I am very likely
to return to the W New Orleans.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Overall it's a very nice hotel. It's defining characteristic is its style. Very upscale and modern. Service was good. Didn't have wireless in the room. Otherwise no major flaws.
