I appreciate the great location and the great service.

I do not love the location, but I love the hotel. They have great rooms and a great bar.

I found this hotel to be a little too much flash and not enough substance. The rooms were not all that impressive either. Everyone was friendly enough but nothing was really top level.

I really enjoyed the clean rooms and the excellent service.

I thought everything was professional.

It is a great location! Check in could be faster especially since we are Starwood Platinum members.

It was convenient to the airport and the company with which I was meeting.

This hotel made me feel hip: The hotel is extremely trendy. The W hotel is very contemporary.

The location to my business functions was perfect, the amenities were as advertised, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a good value for the dollar spent.

W Westwood is awesome! It’s always a pleasure. They even remember my dogs name and love having him there.

This hotel made me feel entertained: It’s like being on stage when you’re out of your room and you are treated like a star when you’re in your room. The room service is impeccable and timely.

I loved the hotel itself. All my expectations were exceeded and the staff delivers excellent service.

This hotel made me feel important: Check in was very custom, I liked the use of the name. Every request was made to seem like it was no problem. I also liked that every time you came into contact with the staff they used your name.

Did not advise that the hotel was being refurbished when reservation made.

Old rooms in need of refurbishment. Very run down.

New rooms not particularly well fitted out. No baths, bathrooms badly fitted out, no soap tray, poor lighting etc etc.

Parking $31 per day.

Staff inconsistent some helpful and some not.

Very crowded and noisy in evening.

Hotel does not really care about its guests; one afternoon pool area closed as they had sold it for a private function. Another afternoon used to host an event and hence was very crowded and noisy.

Worth avoiding as overall it is priced as a luxury hotel... but does not really perform.

The service was amazing. There was problem with check in and the staff went far above what I would have expected. The rooms were comfortable and trendy. The restaurant and the bar were excellent. We never left the hotel for meals because the food was so great.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I felt like a movie star, like I was as important as any other person in the hotel. People catered to me.

I found this hotel to have a quiet, out of the way atmosphere, while being very close to everything. It had great location and restaurants.

The staff has a typical Los Angeles indifferent attitude in regards to customer service. It seemed VIP's were given priority over others. The comfort of the room, bedding, and products for use in the room are their selling points, not the service.

The location was fine. The front desk was helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but small.

It was a beautiful hotel with a nasty view of LA. A good mix I guess, but the view makes you not to leave your hotel room.

This hotel made me feel hip: When walking through the second floor lobby, one could see down onto the lower floor. The height was grandiose and the impression was open and free. The artwork on that balcony was beautiful and I was dragged away by my husband to continue towards the elevators.
