My experience was fine and unexceptional.

I am somewhat likely to return to the W Hotel Midtown Atlanta.
I might recommend it to friends.

The breakfast buffet was too costly, so we ate elsewhere. It was convenient to the wedding activities.

I am not likely to return to the W Hotel Midtown Atlanta.
I would not recommend it to friends.

60 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Although the room was clean, the furnishings were very shabby and the carpeting was stained and the wallpaper had holes and was coming off the wall. We later found out the hotel had been sold and was closing soon for renovations to become a W Hotel. The location was excellent and the dining was great. The only trouble was when we had to call down to the desk at three a.m. to have someone come to settle several room fulls of rowdy young people making noise and running up and down the hall. We were more disappointed in the website that recommended this hotel with four stars. It certainly was not a four star experience. The website should have stated the hotel was about to undergo a change and then we could have expected the rooms to be a little worn. It would have given us the opportunity to choose another hotel.

I am somewhat likely to return to the W Hotel Midtown Atlanta.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It’s basically a good place. The restaurants were not exciting in the food or experience. Be sure you get your parking pass validated and take it with you.

It was very accommodating and it was located in a large plaza which included a variety of restaurants. My wife and I ate all the three daily meals there, enjoying a wide variety of different foods.

This hotel made me feel content: They made my wife and I feel they everything was great with the world and all was well.

I am very likely to return to the W Hotel Midtown Atlanta.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Sheraton Square hotel is isolated and the eateries in the Colony Square are only open until early evening. It was difficult to get staff assistance at the registration desk and the information desk.

The location of this hotel is great, it is an easy walk to many restaurants downtown. The hotel also has a wide variety of places in its mall area. Overall, it was very clean. We really liked the carpet!

Parking at eighteen dollar a day seemed steep. But there were no easy alternatives. It was a nice place. The mattresses were very comfortable. The Starbucks was nearby. The jogging on Peachtree Street was nice.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The springs were firm. The cover was nice soft.

I am somewhat likely to return to the W Hotel Midtown Atlanta.

The directions were terrible. The telephone menu options, with no way to get to a human, were poor for that reason. If coming from I85, do not turn left on 15th, go through the light, and take the next left. The staff was great! The breakfast buffet was almost as good as the staff, and the wait staff was wonderful! The selection was the best, and the fruit was fresh and ripe! The view from the twenty-sixth floor was great. The traffic was bad trying to get there on a Friday afternoon. I can't say one single bad word about the hotel staff, all was helpful and easy to find.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The entire staff made it a point to interact. At no time during the two days was I ignored by any of the staff. Our schedule had us moving about at all hours, so we interacted with all shifts.

I am very likely to return to the W Hotel Midtown Atlanta.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room did not include a refrigerator or microwave, both of which I consider a necessity when traveling for business. The desk staff (aside from the concierge) was very rude and treated questions or requests for services as a terrible burden for them.

I might recommend it to friends.

We stayed on the club floor with free cocktails/snacks and breakfast, I’m not sure I'd pay for that again. We found a roach in our bathroom. There was a noisy machinery closet near our end of the hall room.

The Sheraton at Colony Square in Atlanta had the most comfortable bed I'd ever slept in. The staff was very personable and courteous. I would definitely stay at a Sheraton hotel again.
