They had a wonderful staff. They answered questions and they tended to us as if we were the only people in the hotel. The location was wonderful. If ever in Honolulu again, we will definitely try to stay there again. We got a beautiful room with a view.

It was a beautiful hotel. My room was very comfortable.

I would not generally stay at this hotel except when my first, second and third choices were booked. Overall the hotel turned out to be better than expected. I did not like the fact that the hotel represents an edgy attitude and that it appeared to market to a young and trendy crowd.
