The staff was extremely friendly but professional at the same time. I really enjoyed my stay.

I am very likely to return to the W Honolulu Diamond Head.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

44 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I love this property. I try to stay here at least once a year. It is off the beaten path as far as its proximity to Waikiki, but it is still central enough to be close to all of the places important to me. The Diamondhead Grill restaurant serves the best Opakapaka!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It is always a comfort to walk into the W hotel with the Bali decor, the whitewashed walls, the colorful accents and the fantastic beds.

I am very likely to return to the W Honolulu Diamond Head.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The customer service at the W hotel was superior and not expected. They even handed me equipment I needed for my days function!

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The design of the W hotel and the way the workers represented the company made me feel sophisticated. The atmosphere was very business like.

I am very likely to return to the W Honolulu Diamond Head.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
