Okay
This hotel looks good at 1st sight, but it is not what it appears to be. The sheets were smelly as if a construction worker had just slept on them after getting off work!!! We asked for 2 rooms and they gave us one on one floor and another 5 floors ...
Trendy hotel, downtown Chicago should be fun and relaxing, but it's not. Room service orders get messed up and it takes several calls to get it right. Housekeeping will not keep doors open while cleaning, so they constantly slam doors as they...
