It was in a terrific location, close to shopping and the Sears Tower. The staff was efficient and friendly, not at all snobby, considering how upscale this hotel is. It had a wonderful ambiance.
We got there a little early and we had to wait for our room, so we went to the bar and restaurant in the lobby. The food and the service were terrific. The staff was very knowledgeable about good places to shop and eat.
I am very likely
to return to the W Chicago City Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My girlfriends and I appreciated the central location and it was perfect for an enjoyable weekend of shopping and sightseeing in Chicago!
When we arrived at the hotel at eleven o'clock in the morning, we were able to check in right away, which made me excited to stash our bags and get to Michigan Avenue for shopping!

I stayed here with my wife and three kids under the age of 6. Based on some of the reviews I read here, I was a little concerned that the hotel would not be kid-friendly. But our experience was a good one. Yes the atmosphere is clubby and trendy...
