It was a pleasant experience, I loved the room and the service. The front desk staff was extremely efficient and friendly.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The furnishings were wonderful and sumptuous.

I am very likely to return to the W Chicago City Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel has beautiful rooms and we got ours at a great price! The location and the staff were wonderful and it made my trip more memorable than it would have been if I had not stayed there.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The beautifully decorated rooms made me feel elegant.

I am very likely to return to the W Chicago City Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel has a great location near my office. The rooms are small but that is par for the course with a W hotel.

I am very likely to return to the W Chicago City Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a great, beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities and services. I would definitely return.

This hotel made me feel content: I liked the supportive, friendly staff. I arrived quite harrowed and the hotel staff was very kind.
