Excellent
Everything was OK, our reservation was the room we book, personnel very kindness, excelent maid service. It was our first time at Vistazul Suites & Spa and we will stay there in our next trip to Los Cabos.

the rooms were small every room is not a suite. the spa consisted of a hut outside. I will say the massuase was very good. Most of the staff did not speak english. The customer service was terrible. No ice machine, clock or phone. It was in a nosey ...

Horrible
I would not recomend this hotel to anyone even my enemies. It is to noisy, not clean,not much to choose from menu, need to rent car to go to the town, oily with bugs swiming pool/very small, hot tub not working, overall over priced.
