Horrible
This hotel stinks and is infested with bugs. I was called at 9am and 10 am by front desk clerk Patrick. He kept calling us to remind us check out is at 11am. This is highly unacceptable and rude. The maid was next door and it was obvious he was...

We stayed at the Murfreesboro,TN Vista on 12/28/07 in room 105. First we discovered the room is infested with bugs. Second the hotel clerk Patrick called at 9am to basically rush us out and he called again at 10 am to do the same. Checkout is 11am and I find this highly unacceptable and rude. I noticed the maid was next door and that's when I knew we were being rushed out.
In response to the bedbugs at the Vista Inn and Suites. The very day that we found out about them, the room was closed off and our local exterminator was called and the room was treated, the exterminators then came back in about 3 weeks to do a follow up in the room and once they said it was ok to open the room back up, we made it available. The exterminators also treated other rooms in the same area just as a precaution. I ask them how does one get bedbugs and they explained to me that with all the international travel, they can be in a guest luggage or other personal items and brought with them as they travel, just like fleas can be brought in with a person traveling with a pet. Bedbugs or any type of bugs are something no hotel wants, but as we found out it can happen and we appreciated the guest for making this known to us, so that we could remedy the problem.

The room was unkempt. The drapes had some hooks missing. There were bedbugs! When I checked out the person at the desk told me to fill out a card listing the problems. Their attitude was unacceptable. I will not use this chain again.
This hotel is a great place to stay. They have recently changed names to Vista. They have added an elevator since the last time I stayed. The rooms are very clean and the staff is wonderful. I would reccomend that you stay at this hotel when you are ...
The room was okay, for the exception where it was located. It was the booking process and aftermath that was a nightmare. And I still think there was a underlying reason why everything turned out the way it did.Be careful when you book any rooms at...
