There is very easy access to the hotel. It is hard to find parking when it is busy but the hotel is the best in town.

We were not informed that one of the pools was not in working order. That was one of the main things we planned on doing. They will probably never get our business again and we will never suggest that hotel.

The desk clerk was not very knowledgeable. They charged for the bill after my stay and I was not prepared to pay the bill. I thought I had already paid and it felt like an extra expense. The room smelt and the bed was very uncomfortable.

It was a nice stay as always. The hotel has upgraded to accommodate families more which is awesome for myself. I will stay there again if the occasion arises.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years, and have always liked it for the food, service, friendliness. It is comfortable, and close to another casino. If anything is ever needed, they promptly see that we get it.

It had very good prices. We got a bottom floor room where we wanted to stay both times. The food and service were good. I'll go back.
