The location was great, service was great but I woke up all sore due to horrible beds.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Virgin River Hotel and Casino.
I might recommend it to friends.

I haven't returned to the hotel for 10 years and probably never will...

I left something of sentimental value at this hotel and housekeeping would not return it. As far as I'm concerned they are thieves.. I even talked to the manager of the hotel and received no satisfaction. Have they changed? I will never know because I will never stay there again and I will not recommend it to anyone.....
