The reviews in Fodor's were good, so we stayed there. Good things first: Cozy room with nice furniture, comfortable bed, nice bathroom; wireless internet available; nice continental breakfast with fresh fruit, croissants, etc. Bad things: Located at a noisy major intersection; housekeeping service disappointingly substandard: There was a glob of hair in shower drain and water spots on sink & faucet when we arrived, the trash can was not emptied one day, bath mats removed but not replaced, the door was left slightly ajar (unsecured) and the bed was left unmade; the room was so small, that whenever we showered, the smoke alarm over the entry door sounded; TV was slightly larger than our laptop, he TV had poor reception and had only 3 channels. Its not worth $150/night paid.
It was a great place for my wife and I to get away for the weekend. It was clean and the service was very friendly. It is close to everything so you dont have to drive very far to go wine tasting. I read a lot of reviews before I stay anywhere....
