39 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I have stayed here for the past 5 years, at least once a year. In 2007 & again in 2008-broken bathroom sink and shower. Makes you think that the Maid is not cleaning anything.

Hotel Manager and General Manager only offered a Free Breakfast Voucher.

Had to wash with a washcloth and then conduct all my Manhattan meetings after that. Disgusting!

71 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Very nice hotel! Good location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed with a quiet & clean spacious room. I would stay there again. A little slow on check-in and check-out.
