Loved the room with the fireplace and hottub! Worth the upgrade (2007) The breakfast is incredible, the full service spa is wonderful. I can't wait to get back there. Would highly recommend.

Horrible
First, when checking in they had both of my rooms reserved wrong. I had made a reservation for one King size bed, and the second room with two Queens. The front desk seemed very irritated that I had used travel website to make my Room reservations....
pros: Very clean, nice staff, atmosphereMy girlfriend and I decided to treat ourselves here before going to a particularly high-end restaurant. Taking one's mind off of work, or any other stress factors is key to enjoying a world-class meal. Coming...

Awesome accommodation with the best of amenities. Rooms have private balconies overlooking vineyards. Spa services were exceptional. The hotel does not have a restaurant and dining choices are limited in town. I would highly recommend this venue for ...

This was the third time that we have been there. The service, the amenities and the personal attention to detail have gotten progressively worse each time we have gone back. However, the price for a night's stay has steadily risen to an astronomical amount. In our opinion, this used to be one of the finest hotels and in the entire Napa valley. And while we still count the spa area in that category, the hotel side has lost its shine. When I brought these problems to the attention of the concierge, he was, of course, very apologetic, yet offered neither compensation nor a solution to the problem. We will not be going back to the Villagio hotel in Yountville any more.
I am not likely
to return to the Villagio Inn & Spa.
I would not recommend it to friends.

we had a girls trip planned for a weekend in August to Napa. The hotel/Spa was spectaular. The lobby was beautiful, the staff was so friendly. They brought water and ice and robes directly to our room. Whatever we wanted whenever we asked. The spa...

The service here was fantastic and remarkably friendly. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. It's one of the loveliest and most comfortable inns I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Guests should not miss the terrific breakfast buffet!

The Villagio is as good as it gets in Napa Valley. Great location off of Rte. 29, close to shopping, restaurants, and of course, vineyards, as it is centrally located in the valley. The pool is fantastic - they have canopied beds next to the pool and hot-tub which provide sun or shade and are a great place to spend an afternoon. The only drawback was the food we ordered from the restaurant (delivered to the pool) which was mediocre. However, the breakfast was great - Belgian waffle and omelette stations and a wide selection of fruits, pastries and other dishes.
