Awful Place To Stay. The lobby was charming but the rooms were dirty with stains on the carpet, chairs, bedspread and the walls were marred. The only way to get air was to open the french doors but then it wasn't private. The room smelled like mildew which could be a health issue for some. The staff is rude, untrained and lacks customer service skills. We complained to the manager, Julia about our room and she agreed to reduce the rate for both nights. However, upon checkout, she only gave a discount for one night. I just called and the rate for that room is $[...]. So, she lied about the original rate as well. I would highly recommend travelers to stay away from this property.
