The Hotel Villa Real is very conveniently located in Madrid, convenient to the major museums and other sights. The front desk staff and the concierge were knowledgeable and helpful, but the dining room staff had an attitude and one waiter was disrespectful to my wife, so much so that I tried to complain to the headwaiter who pretended not to understand English, so I went to the front desk and the manager on duty intervened. The matter was resolved, but we would not go back for this reason. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant, as expected. The rooms in the front of this hotel have several steps between the main part and the wardrobes and the bath, which can be troublesome if you have to get up at night in the dark, as I did.
I am not likely
to return to the Villa Real.
I would not recommend it to friends.
staying at Villa Real was a very pleasant experience ,because we enjoyed the location of this hotel ,the efficiency of the service ,thefriendly welcome of the staff and the luxury of the confortable room .

We would definitely stay here again
