You want the truth??? Can they handle the truth??We only stayed a night, but it was unbelievable. Nothing but trash--piled at the gate, in the front office, the fat bald guy that pretends to be the manager and resident know it all--none of his excuses made sense. There was a building fire! There were cockroaches the size of lizards! They tried to throw a beach party but only trash showed up! They are trying to renovate with a new paint job outside, but then they painted it the ugliest shade of aqua imagineable! There's no view unless you hang far out onto the balcony. One good thing is it is close to the freeway. Second, you can get to a filthy, smelly beach easily. First, they need to get rid of the people, then donate it as a shelter for substance abusers who hang out there and on their beach.

What a nightmare! The building is literally falling down, especially the balconies. The rooms are only good enough for the cockroaches. We had a nice enough view if we went out on our balcony and wanted to watch the rusted out pickups and dangerous dogs. The chubby little girl in the office was too much to even mention here. This is why they call it the Redneck Riviera. We left for another hotel after one night. I didn't want my wife and daughter even walking around there.

First room smelled like a giant kitty box, stains on furniture and rugs. Second room somewhat cleaner, but still roaches at night, cable was clearly a pirated system, and curtains didn't darken the room which was reading-light all night. We hung towels to slightly darken the room. Grounds were poorly maintained and security was lax. Anyone could have roamed the halls here.

It had a pool and a store you could shop at.
