Set on beautiful El Médano Beach, this five-star, upscale resort features studios with kitchenettes, and luxurious one-, two- and three-bedroom suites with kitchens, whirlpool tubs, spacious living areas and balconies. Family-friendly amenities are highlighted by a pirate ship snack bar ?anchored? in a swimming pool. The Spa features contemporary treatments and amenities, including expansive hydrotherapy centers for men and women, a Jacuzzi, a cold-plunge pool, cold-pressure showers, a body temperature pool, steam room, sauna and Swiss showers. In addition, there are 17 treatment rooms, two exclusive VIP suites with private Jacuzzis and showers, and a full-service beauty salon. The Desert Spa also offers a variety of facials, body wraps and body scrubs that use only organic ingredients and native extracts of agave, lime, nopal, melon and vanilla. Part of the Desert Spa, a 4,500 square-foot fitness center features seven treadmills, four elliptical bikes, three stationary bikes, 10 strength-training stations, a multi-purpose station, four free-weight stations, and a yoga/Pilates studio with classes, lockers and showers. Spa hours are Monday though Saturday from 8am until 9pm, and Sunday from 8am until 8pm. Fitness center hours are Monday though Saturday from 7am until 9pm, and Sunday from 7am until 8pm. 44 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location was great, the hotel was new and nice. I wouldn’t eat anything besides breakfast at this hotel. The food was overpriced, but the pool was nice. I would definitely go back, but I would go out and eat, instead of eating here.
