My in laws had booked a room in a more expensive hotel across the street and when they came to visit our room, they were definitely upset that they had paid so much more.

It was close to the beach. They had noisy guests. There was not enough parking for guests and the pool was too small. The rooms were not clean. The toilet was not working properly and they would not switch me to a different room.
