The Victorian House, built in 1895, is nestled between the two oldest streets in the U.S. It has been lovingly restored and furnished in period antiques. We are located in the heart of the historic district one block from the St. Augustine harbor and marina. Within walking distance of fine restaurants, the waterfront, shops, museums and the Plaza. All rooms have private baths/showers with private parking. A full homemade breakfast is served each morning from 8:30 until 9:45AM and features homemade granola, sweet breads, coffeecake, fresh hot entree, fruit, juice, coffee and milk. You will love our breakfast!

This is the best B&B I've been to by far. The inn keepers are so nice and the location is great. From our room we could lay in bed and hear the horse drawn carriages go down the street. It was so peaceful and very clean.

We stayed in this beautiful B and B for our Honeymoon! We stayed for a week and enjoyed a wonderful hot meal each morning. The innkeepers were very friendly and helpful. They helped us plan a great trip through the city. Our room was beautiful...
This Inn is a mixed bag, ambiance-wise, but is friendly and laid back and serves a wonderful breakfast. Most of the breakfast was homemade including granola, fruit, a quiche, muffins and coffee.
