45 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I felt that the night crew was rude. We did not arrive till around four o'clock in the morning and we felt we should have had a discount for only using a few hours of the room. The cleaning people came in before we were ready for them.

I am not likely to return to the Victoria Palm Inn and Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I would really recommend Donna Howard Johnsons to all our friends and relatives. It was grand to stay there, and we would love to return.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They were wonderful to us. When the air conditioner would not work, the staff helped us to move to another unit. The breakfast was nice and the pool was great. It was nice to be there.

I am very likely to return to the Victoria Palm Inn and Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

66 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel made me feel entertained: They had a large ballroom, with entertainment at least three days a week. They also had two heated pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, a club room with karaoke on Fridays, and fresh grapefruit trees outside.

I am very likely to return to the Victoria Palm Inn and Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
