Spent a week over the August long weekend. My wife and I with our two boys shared a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful by bringing us an extra bed for the room. Excellent location within walking distance to everything. The Symphony 'Splash" is an annual event on the August long weekend in Victoria. We were very lucky to be there at that time.

The hotel had the nicest bathroom I have seen in a hotel. Everyone was friendly. We had a nice view. I would recommend it to everyone.

This hotel made me feel secure: The employees were aware of what was going on around them.

Excellent property, good views, friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms which are very well appointed, but the executive management at the hotel is completely worthless when it comes to providing proper customer service. On top of that they are arrogant, snooty with stiff upper lip type attitude and totally lack basic customer courtesy skills. A problem I had during my 1 night stay was not resolved to my satisfaction even though I tried to offer a constructive solution to a noise related problem. My solution would help future guests not get rudely awakened in the early hours of the morning by the hotel's peppy high heeled staff walking on the concierge lounge hard kitchen floor above a particular guest room. So hope you think twice about staying here or ensure that your room is not directly below the concierge lounge. Hope you don't have any complaints or at least don't have to deal with the management staff!

Spent 3 nights recently and enjoyed it thoroughly. Excelent, friendly staff. Great location , close to harbor, restaurants, museum, IMax and bus depot . Concierge level room was very nice. Concierge lounge was adequate but not outstanding. There is construction all around the hotel but it does not bother and the noise is not even noticed in the room. The restaurant is satisfactory but not as good as some nearby. Victoria is a very pretty town and Butchart Gardens are the most impressive we have seen in the Americas, England and Europe for flower displays. We would stay here if we return to Victoria.

I stayed at the Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour during spring break and I had a great stay! The hotel staff were great! They had great smiles, attitudes and were very attentive to my needs and requests. The location of the hotel is awesome. Everything is within the walking distance to the hotel (shops, restaurants, attractions). The rooms were looked very nice and clean. It was more than big enough for my friend and I. The price per night was about $200 which was a little more than what I wanted to pay but overall, I had a memorable time and would come back! Eight out of ten!
