45 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel could be very nice but the owners are not putting much back into it. The beds are VERY old and sagging, common walkway areas are badly worn. The rooms are generally clean but exterior walls, window sills, etc are rarely cleaned.

Would I stay here again? Not if I could find something nicer.
