The reservations indicated we would either get a king or two double beds. Upon arrival, we requested the double beds and were told that it would be an extra $30 per day.

Yes the hotel is beautiful and elegant. However my husband and I had red welts all over us and extreme itching. I awoke from sleeping at 5am to discover bugs in my bed and on me!!
I notified the front desk and manager whom offered to give us a new room immediately. We had to wait until 2pm the following day, which was over 34 hours later!! We packed up and left the room immediately(after I 'packaged' up the bug for evidence. So we ended up sleeping in the lobby waiting for our room. I ended up in the emergency because of a reaction to the bed bugs. Yes I brought a dead one with me to the emerg and they confirmed it was one. The hotel did not seem to worried about the bugs or us and actually tried to get us to pay more money for an upgrade to a suite for $100.00 more when they should have maybe offered to comp but did not. I am now so disgusted by the bug incident that I don't want to travel anywhere. I was bit at least 100 times and my husband close to that. Please be careful here becasue where this is one there are so many more. BED BUGS ARE GROSSE but even more GROSSE IS THE SERVICE OF THIS BUG INFESTED HOTEL!!!

I have never experienced such attentive and over the top service or treatment. We knew from the meticulously dressed and mannered doorman to the courteous and efficient front desk staff that we would have an experience like no other.
We were married in Vegas and arrived in our wedding attire. How many hotels greet you with a wedding march and a lobby full of clapping well-wishers? The journey to our suite was an adventure in itself. The room and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The entire property is magnificent, no detail is overlooked - no matter how small. We truly did feel like royalty, and can't wait to go back!
I am very likely
to return to the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
I was there for 3 nights at the Palazzo Suite,it was an upgraded room. I was really dissapointed. I have stayed in alot of 5 stars suites and this one is nothing. There is no turn down service no complimentry bottles of water and the staffs are not that friendly.

Mediocre
We were surprised to find out upon arrival that the Venetian has a smell throughout the hotel. As none of the other hotels have this odor we asked the front desk and were told it was called "passion" and they pump it into the air to mask the smoke....
