Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

This extended stay motel is fairly new, so it's still in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly and when I checked in, I felt like they were welcoming an old friend. There are some downsides to this place though. The mattresses are cheap, so the next time I stay there, I will be bringing some sort of mattress topper. Also, the window in the room has mini blinds instead of drapes, so I didn't feel like I had complete privacy. When addressing that concern with the desk clerk, she recommended that I request an extra blanket the next time that I stay there and tack it up over the window. Just be aware that this is a budget extended stay motel, so you only get housekeeping every 2 weeks and if you need dishes and pans you must purchase them or bring them with you. You can not beat the value you get at this place. I will definitely be staying here whenever I visit Wilmington.
