Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

I have stayed at this and several other Value Place hotels and when I saw that some people chose to leave bad comments I felt compelled to write. Why is it we only comment when we have a negative comment? If two or three people had a bad experience, what about the thousands who didn't and who didn't write in?
Two things are always for sure when I stay at a Value Place- it will be clean and won't break my bank. Yes, I can stay at a different hotel and get the pool, the weight room, the coffee pot, etc... but when I just need a "clean" room to sleep why would I pay twice as much?
I am judging this hotel based on my expectations and what I paid, not "compared to" the Ritz. I have never had a bad experience after staying at 7 or 8 of these hotels, at least not one that makes me think there's a better choice for the money. I like the getting a clean room and saving money. These people not only put on clean bedspreads after every guest (find that somewhere else) they even put up clean shower curtains after every guest.
I needed a place to stay for two weeks while seeking a home for a relocation to Wichita. Value Place is just that. It has been clean, safe, small (but relatively comfortable), and for a reasonable price.
The rooms smelled of mold, and had roaches in the laundry area, plus in the hallways. None were in my room, but 2 other people I talked to had them in thier BED!!...
This place was horrible!! First problem was they only have tiny mini blinds covering the windows, so it blocks no light at night!! It was like sleeping with the lights on. Second, you have to put a $100 deposit incase you damage anything...we...
