Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

I would highly recommend you stay away from this place. The beds are as hard as a steel beam. The showers are extremely low flow. I mean a drizzle would be a good way to describe it. And to top it all off the heater is a joke. There was 80% of the time it did not work. And 20% it worked. (worked being defined as setting and resetting the power switch for 20 minutes). I also learned that even under 100% function ability that there is a motion detector in it so when you go to sleep it turns off. So you wake up several hours later freezing. After repeated request to fix it never got fixed.
