Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

You get what you pay for, unfortunately not much. The cost is fine spent $360 for about 2 weeks.
1. The full kitchen is nothing to scream about a fridge, couple cabinets, small sink, and a 2 burner stove top.
2. You will need to purchase your own cooking utensils and silverware cause it's not provided
3. Fire alarm keeps going off now and then. this can hamper your sleep
4. Their is Internet included with a purchase of $10 a week.
5. Local calls cost you 30 cents each phone call made
6. Their computer was always down so I could not get a decent receipt from them
Other than that it has a decent bathroom for the price, their TV with cable and the AC is fine. Stayed in the single studio which can fit 2 adults fine.
Other than that theirs alot more hotels within the fayetteville area that are definitely better but for the price this place is decent like I said you get what you pay for if your not looking to spend alot.
Best advice this is probably good for travelors not wanting to spend more than a night or two but longer stays find a good place with a pool.
