Do not stay here. It seems pretty reasonable for the price...but ever heard of you get what you pay for? Well here at Value Place its true....the beds do not have a box spring and they are so uncomfortable when you sleep on them you can feel the hard surface under the mattress. You can not complain about anything because management doesnt care once they take your money your on your own with the bugs and mold that lingers in the hallways and bathrooms. The only nice person I ran into the whole place was the maintenance supervisor named David!!! I had a few issues in my room and he said yes sir I will be right up to take care of it and I thought yea right I wont see or hear from him...I will just get the cold shoulder like I did at the front desk...and low and behold and showed up to fix my issues and was very apologetic about the customer service that I had received and he said that if there was anything that I needed he would be glad to help!
