With this hotel you have to be willing to put up with the good as well as the bad.
While they do have a pool area that looks pretty nice (although I didn't swim), there seemed to be a lot of folks out and about on the property at odd times. Part of their business is as an extended stay hotel, I stayed for a week. There were a group of workers that had apparently been staying there for quite a while and acted like they owned the place, they were outside drinking and cursing until about 1:00 in the morning.
Also, I found parking difficult with too many handicapped spaces in front of 4 or 5 rooms in a row, not allowing parking for those upstairs. Also, it took forever for the water to get hot, on the times it actually did get hot. The beds were comfortable and my room was reasonably clean. The TV was excellent, a large size screen with all the cable channels, around 100 channels. My room also had a microwave oven and mini fridge that came in very handy.
Housekeeping did not come daily to clean my room, only on certain days during my stay, consequently my tiny garbage cans in the room filled up quickly!
The front desk staff was also a mixed bag. The first individual I spoke with about a reservation would not do so for some reason that did not make sense and was not friendly, the other person who checked me in, however, was very nice and accommodating. The rates were the lowest for a week's stay (especially during tourist season) that I found anywhere in the area for a hotel. So, if you're willing to take the good with the not so good, this hotel might fill your needs.
