46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

The hotel has plenty of room in the suite with a refrigerator and I found the staff to be very accommodating to the weary traveler.

I had a special need late at night and the overnight personnel were very helpful. As a woman traveler, I found the Atrium to be very safe. If my travels take me back to this area, I will return.

I travel often in the US and Europe and found this hotel to be more accommodating than most. The friendly staff at the front desk told me I was getting a suite and it wasn't an upgrade. The work out facility has great cardiovascular equipment and the pool is large enough to swim laps.

The two room suite was roomy and comfortable for a three night visit to the Chesterbrook area. Very close to the King of Prussia mall. I love to shop as a hobby.

47 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I needed to stay in the Valley Forge area and found a gem of a hotel close to my company's corporate offices.

My company wanted to place me in a normal hotel room, when I was able to find a suite for the same price. I can't wait to spread the news to our travel manager back at the office.

The restaurant staff was wonderful, and I had a great breakfast each morning.

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last few years, when no other hotels in the area have availability. It was mediocre, at best, as a Wyndham. It is simply poor now.

My reservation through Travelocity was not honored, even though I had a confirmation. The hotel desk clerk decided to put me in a room that is actually a meeting room, with a conference table, white board, etc., instead of the promised desk, chair, sofa, and TV.

The room was filthy, the bathroom was filthier. The phones didn't work, the WiFi didn't work, and the hard wired internet service didn't work. When I spoke to the front desk about the internet service, they connected me to the Wayport Help Desk, where after a hold of 20 minutes, and a discussion of another 20 minutes, they decided they couldn't help me.

In the morning, at checkout I attempted to give the morning desk manager some feedback about the quality and condition of the room. He summarily advised me that when someone reserves through Travelocity, they get whatever is available, period. So, that was my last stay.

31 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

My company recently placed myself and 15 other associates at this hotel for training which lasted a week. The thing that helped during a grueling week of studying new material was the two-room suite. I could study with an associate without having to meet at the bar. As you can imagine the bar would become a huge distraction, I could close my bedroom door and meet my associate in the parlor of my suite. We both loved the wireless internet connection in the suite.

What a comfort to relax after an intense day of information overload to unwind at the hotel's terrific fitness area. It was very evident that the hotel is used to hosting these types of groups and the suite is just perfect.

This hotel is amazing in itself, I wish I had more time there. They staff was so friendly, and they upgraded me to a suite. I couldn't ask for better service. There was also a wedding in that hotel that weekend, and they treated everyone with prompt service. I was very, very impressed. I would recommend this property for weddings, parties, etc.

I am very likely to return to the Valley Forge Suites Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel looks amazing with their new marble lobby. The restaurant was nice with good food and friendly service. The bar has a huge projector which was great to watch the World Series on. Bill the bartender is very friendly, the desk staff is friendly, too. If you need to go anywhere in the area in the morning, try to schedule the shuttle. The shuttle drivers are really nice as well.

I am very likely to return to the Valley Forge Suites Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This is an affordable hotel in the VF area. It’s very close to the King of Prussia mall. The hotel was sold out when I was there with some sports group, but the desk staff was still attentive and made my requests all happen. The hotel has a beautiful lobby. The sitting area in the lobby has decadent leather chairs that are a joy to lounge around. My family and I were there for a weekend visiting my daughter at Villanova and we had a relaxing time and enjoyed ordering room service and sleeping in.

I am very likely to return to the Valley Forge Suites Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was my daughter's birthday and we celebrated with six of her friends. We had adjoining suites and everything was wonderful. The staff was especially helpful, checkout and check-in was speedy. We enjoyed the pool and the girls had a great time. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel just completed a renovation project and the lobby looks great with a new marble floor. The staff is friendly and they always make me feel at home. I like that the rooms are all suites and that there is a separate living room and bedroom. After a long day at work, I can relax in the living room area just as if at home. The bartenders are friendly and with all the sports games on LCD screens and projectors, I enjoy the ambience there a lot. I stay there once a week and they treat me as if I am royalty. It’s above the average hotel stay!

I am very likely to return to the Valley Forge Suites Hotel.

I stay at this hotel a lot while on business in the area. On my recent stay, they had recently finished renovations in the lobby area and it looks great. The front desk attendant shared with us that the rooms are also going to be renovated and the hotel will be renamed as a new brand. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the food is great.

This hotel is under major renovation and should not even be housing guests. There is no furniture in the lobby area, no floor covering, and a layer of dust on everything throughout the hotel. At 3:00 am, the fire alarm went off and everyone had to travel down the stairways to be told by the front desk clerk that it was a false alarm. Back up to the room only to be rousted out of bed 15 minutes later with another alarm. The clerk said that the alarm system was not functioning properly. When I asked where was the fire dept. and that I thought the alarm system was supposed to be connected to a central alarm system with the fire dept, he said they had disconnected the alarm system due to it's not working properly. I feel this hotel is unsafe with no alarm system and should not be housing guests until it is up to standard. I will check out in the morning and find another hotel in the area. I would not recommend it to anyone at this time at any price.

I am not likely to return to the Valley Forge Suites Hotel.

Our experience at this hotel went beyond poor into downright horrible. The first night, we had to "interrupt" the chatting staff around the front desk in order to check in.

Our bedroom window leaked profusely in all the rain from Ernesto, and when we complained about the water all over the carpet and the padding, as well as the noxious mildew odor, nothing was ever done through our entire stay. There were ants in the breakfast buffet. We had to call down twice to the front desk to get toilet paper, something that our housekeeping person apparently forgot, and then when it still wasn't brought to us we had to go down to the front desk and request it again.

When the elevator went out of service, the front desk staff was very rude to those of us who were informing them. The front desk staff, as well as management were just overall impolite, and non responsive to requests, and uncaring about complaints. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemies, let alone to any of my friends. My advice is to stay far away from this hotel!

I am not likely to return to the Valley Forge Suites Hotel.

Stayed over a long Christmas weekend. I had many problems with my room and the included breakfast, but the manager was understanding and very concerned, and offered two nights complimentary to make up for the problems (I haven't gone back yet).

Most of the things were taken care of as expected, but our package for being a frequent customer was not there and some other things were a bit behind.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The people there were friendly and knowledgeable.
