This is without question, the single worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
- I reserved a non-smoking room, and I was told at check-in that it was the only smoking room available
- The room reeked of cigarette smoke
- I had a broken internet connection in my room, so I switched to a second room
- There was no sofa in either room, though it was described as having one in the description on the Scanticon website
- The bathroom light was broken
- There was a wet spot on the carpet in the foyer and under the sink due to dripping water
- There was mold and rust stains on the bathroom ceiling
- The shower and sink drains were barely working
- There was a party with screaming, yelling, slamming doors, smoking, knocking on doors, etc. that took five calls to the front desk over the course of two hours to finally have security sent to the floor to break it up
