I stayed at this hotel last month and found the staff to be extremely professional, yet friendly. They were very helpful with all my questions. The beds are awesome at this hotel! Make sure you ask for one of the upgraded rooms when you make your reservation. This hotel, with its comfort and its excellent customer service, far exceeds higher rated hotels in the area. This will definitely be my hotel of choice in the Auburn area.

I was here for a funeral, so the circumstances started out poor. My stay was as comfortable as it could have been. I was happy with the entire staff that I encountered. The common areas and rooms were clean and in good repair. The continental breakfast was a smörgåsbord! I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh cookies at the front office when I checked in late. Thank you!

I stayed there because I was visiting my son and it was close.

The hotel was clean and friendly. It was convenient to Emerald Downs track.
