The room was filthy expecially the rugs. The electricty countuously went out. Froze to death all night kept having to call and ask for electricity so I could have some heat. When I checked out I tried to talk to the manager and was lied to and...
54 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
It is a very pleasant place to stay, close to shopping and with easy freeway access. The only difficulty I had was at check out as I was using a government employee tax exempt and the clerk had not done it and no one was available to help him.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Vagabond Inn San Luis Obispo.
I would not recommend it to friends.

old and sad- needs repairs. good location but bad service, difficult to safely get in and out of driveway. Don't park at Denny's or you will be towed. O.K. for one or two nights. Starbucks across the street.
