Horrible
We made reservations 6weeks in advance online. When we arrived we were checked in to the room we requested and paid extra for (with the jacuzzi). After we unpacked the manager informed us that another quest had booked the room and we would have...
27 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I think that for the price of the rooms, they should have been cleaner. I was very disappointed in this. Some of my experience let me know that this facility lacked structure and discipline. However, service was good.
