The place is pleasant and convenient.

I had a clean, comfortable room. They have a friendly staff, and it’s in a good location. It’s right off the freeway. I will stay there again.

I thought the hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is very clean, and not a bad bargain for the level of hotel it is. In particular, the front desk staff was excellent.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were very polite and helped me out when the vending machine ate my money.

The television and air conditioning were not functioning properly and were not repaired even after bringing them to the attention of the hotel's front desk. No apology was given either by the hotel manager or by the chain's main office.

The room was not nice and it was in a noisy area; guests should ask for a quiet area. The jacuzzi did not work and the staff was rude. The continental breakfast was cereal and non-fat milk.
