It is a large facility, with excellent dining. We were treated very well, they readily changed room to find a better bed. A pool and an exercise room were available. I highly recommend it.
This hotel made me feel pampered: They gave us free breakfast as compensation for a not so great bed.
I am very likely
to return to the University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The driver drove us to and from graduation. I liked that! They lost my reservations. I checked because they also lost my sister's reservations and were rather unsociable when called back to confirm my reservations.
