They told us of their features; always be someone around for information.. They had a hot and cold continental breakfast bar.. They had a free chauffeured van that was available for trips downtown and to the Cleveland clinic..

It was very clean, economical, friendly, near the hospital, free shuttle service to the hospital, a nice free breakfast, very quiet and good outside lighting at night.
My stay was spectacular because I had a nice breakfast, a free shuttle to and from the hospital and because the staff was very informative and friendly.

Everything that was requested was arranged. We did have to wait a few hours for a special bed but the extras were brought right away after we finally got the right room.
