our rental car got broke into in the hotel parking lot! the valet parking guy reported to the security guy by saying that there's "ANOTHER" incident happened in their parking lot! manager promise to take care everything but after 3 months we receive a letter from AVIS that we have to pay the damaged! bad service by the pool! cleaning service never give a plastic garbage bag in our room, after few times i left a note to ask for it!

First of all, thanks so much to all the people that wrote reviews for this place. You are the reason we stayed there, and we could not have been happier!!! We were blown away by the grounds, the pool, the staff, the FAST PASS!!!! That alone was worth the price. What a great value. We have 2 boys...hate lines...rode everything a million times. And the meal deal ticket at the park was great also. Worth the money! The water taxi was very convenient, and the pool was awesome!! We did not want to leave. One special note..we arrived at 8n am, thinking we would get the keys for the parks, and come back around 3 pm to move our luggage into the room. When we arrived, at 8 am remember, they told us our room was waiting, and we were free to get settled. How awesome was that??? We went directly to the park, stayed all day, and came back and crashed at the pool. We will DEFINITELY go back. People of the world...be smart...pay a little extra for this place...YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!

We were taking advantage of the FL resident special. We were planning on staying for just one night while we were visiting Universal and Islands of Adventure. We had such a good time that we booked an extra night! Even though I booked my room online, they honored our special rate for the following day as well with no problems. The pool was fabulous ("super awesome" according to my 11 year old son). The express pass was wonderful! It was amazing to be able to get right on a ride that other people had to wait to ride for more than an hour. It made us feel really special and important. (You can pay extra for that in the park, but you can only ride the ride one time. With the room key, you can ride as many times as you want!) It was worth every penny just for that alone! Also, the boatride into CityWalk was great. We never had to wait more than a few minutes. The room was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We had outstanding service from the moment we arrived until we left. We were there during an off season, and they let us check in 6 hours early. When we checked out, they encouraged us to stay and enjoy the ammenities for the rest of the day. I didn't want to go home!!

WE WENT OVER SPRING BREAK WITH OUR FAMILY OF 5. THIS WAS OUR BEST VACATION EVER! HOTEL AND STAFF WERE OVERLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. EXPRESS PASSES AWESOME AND REALLY DID GET YOU RIGHT ON THE RIDES. DOWN SIDE WAS - VERY EXPENSIVE FOOD AND DRINKS. SLEPT GREAT. COMFORTABLE BEDS, GREAT WATER TAXI, POOL WAS FABULOUS FOR OUR 3 KIDS AGES 8,10,12. WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Just stayed at this resort on the Club Car level in Feb. 08. Wonderful resort, clean, our room was quiet, great bed, staff was outstanding, and the food in the Club Car lounge was simply delicious. I was very impressed. We stayed at the Hard Rock last year on their Club Car level but the Royal Pacific was better. I highly recommend this hotel.
