The staff was friendly and greeted well. The hotel suited my needs, was in a good location, and clean. The staff knew area locations. I enjoyed the comfortable accommodations, good service, and breakfast bar.
This hotel made me feel respected: They recognized our needs, greeted us with respect and tried to offer needed services.

We had no heat the second night of our stay and the staff were very complacent about the problem. I had to be very indignant about the problem to finally after about 10 minutes, to get the second night fee removed from our bill. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

It's long overdue for a makeover. It was very dirty, the a/c was not working, it had an old 1930's elevator, and an inexperienced staff. It boasts a AAA 3 diamond rating, but AAA actually shows 2. I will never stay there again. I'm notifying AAA.

It was horrid! The air conditioner could not be turned off. The heater was broken – in the middle of winter! We were told they had no spare blankets to give us. Just terrible!
